Documents Required for collecting passport from VFS Global / VFS GLOBALमा Passport collect गर्न जाँदा आवश्यक पर्ने कागजातहरु

Collection of passport by applicant himself/ herself
> Original Receipt provided by VFS at the time of lodging application
> Original ID proof and it's photocopy

Collection of passport by Representative
> Original Receipt provided by VFS at the time of lodging application
> Original ID proof Of Representative and it's  photocopy
> Original  Authorization letter duly signed by applicant

In case of loss of VFS Receipt
> Signed letter by applicant explaining name , DOB , passport no and VFS Acknowledgement letter (Applicant needs to be present himself or herself)
> Original ID proof  and it's photocopy

Note : For UK visa, Applicant needs to be present himself or herself. If family member applied together then one member can collect the passport on other family member's behalf.
