How to book appointment for Biometrics for Australian Visa in VFS Global Nepal?

Click on New User
Fill out “New User Registration” by providing First Name, Last Name, Email ID, Contact Number, Passport and submit.
Log in using given email address and password.
Click on the Activation link that is received on the provided email and re-log in.
Click on Schedule Appointment
Select “Only Biometrics” on purpose of travel.
Select the date as per your requirements and print the copy of appointment.

Things to remembers

An application will not be accepted at the AVAC if the Applicant name does not match with the one used for booking the appointment.
Kindly carry your appointment letter with you at the scheduled date & time to the AVAC to show it to staff / security guard. .
Please make sure you reach at the Australian Visa Application Centre, VF Services Mauritius Pte. Ltd, Academy of Culinary Arts,Ground Floor, Mahalaxmisthan Marga, Lagankhel, Lalitpur, Nepal 10 minutes prior to your appointment time
In case of missing the appointment on the scheduled day, the system will not allow you to reschedule or cancel and you will be required to book a new appointment after 24 hours.
You can reschedule your appointment only for a future date and up to a maximum of 2 times.
